I used a combination of Chat GPT, Notebook LM, and Chat GPT Deep Research tools to make sense of it all.

• Chat GPT — to summarise, compare documents, and generate ideas

• Notebook LM — to turn long NDIS documents into an audio-friendly format I could listen to on the go

• Chat GPT Deep Research tool — to ask very specific questions about the NDIS documents

My Step-by-Step AI Process

Here’s exactly what I did:

✅ Asked Chat GPT to summarise the key changes in the new NDIS price guide, focusing on speech pathology services.
✅ Uploaded both the 2024–25 and 2025–26 price guides into Chat GPT’s Deep Research tool and asked it to compare them and highlight relevant differences.
✅ Used it to brainstorm ways to adjust my business model (fees, services, subcontractor arrangements).
✅ Drafted client communication emails about fee changes — normally a time-consuming task.
✅ Uploaded key documents into Notebook LM and created an audio version I could listen to during walks (much easier than staring at a PDF!).

Result?

I ended the week with:

• A clear understanding of key changes

• A to-do list of business actions

• Client communication templates ready to go

• FAR less overwhelm
